Three days of cosy vibes and creativity, rest, craft, good food and lovely company, just before the Christmas chaos begins.
Picture this: it’s chilly outside, the fire is burning, a delicious home-cooked meal is on its way and you’re curled up under a blanket having a good chat with some lovely women. Bliss.
There’s nowhere to be. No to-do list. Just relax, just be.
No to-do list, nowhere urgent to be. Permission to properly switch off.
Junk journaling, a book club and plenty of crafting, no experience needed.
Meet brilliant women and leave with new friends. Come alone, it’s encouraged!
A luxury farmhouse in the picturesque Georgian town of Stamford, Lincolnshire, the perfect spot to relax, curl up with a book, or settle in front of a film in the snug. We’ll be surrounded by five acres of fields, with a meadow and a lake.
Eight curated, themed bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an eclectic living room, a movie snug and a big open kitchen where we’ll eat together and craft too. I hope you’ll agree, it’s beautiful.
The weekend is about you and what you want to do. Here’s what it can look like, nothing is compulsory.
I’m a creative workshops and retreat host based in Nottingham. I love crafting, reading, yoga and trying new things, and I’m a serial retreat-goer myself.
I feel passionately about sharing that experience with other women and helping people re-connect with themselves and their creativity. That’s what Cosy Girl is all about: taking time for you, ‘cos you deserve it.
Every meal is lovingly prepared by our private chef, Kirsten, a professional, experienced retreat chef with a passion for plant-based food. She’ll stay with us all weekend and can cater to every dietary need. Honestly, she was the only person I wanted for this.
Seasonal, hearty and fresh, a taste of Kirsten’s greatness.

Of course. There are two double rooms you could share (and save £200), or twin rooms if you’d rather not share a bed.
Your room, venue hire, chef, all meals, drinks, a junk journaling pack, the book club book, and a goodie bag of cosy treats. Not included: travel to the venue and the optional Sunday pub roast.
Please make sure you can attend before signing up. Life happens, though, if you do need to cancel, let me know as soon as possible so I can try to fill your spot. If I ever have to cancel the event, you’ll get a full refund.
Drive or train, up to you. Stamford station is a 15-minute drive away, and there’s parking at the house. I’ll set up a WhatsApp group so train-goers can share a taxi. what3words: keeps.piper.homes.
Absolutely. When you sign up I’ll send a short questionnaire including dietary requirements, which I’ll pass to our chef Kirsten.
