1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made for workshops, events, retreats and gift vouchers with Live Happy Creative (I, Beth Wilson). By booking with me, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place unless otherwise stated. Bookings are confirmed by email once payment has been received. Places on workshops, events and retreats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellations & refunds

• Workshops & events: cancellations made 7 or more days before the date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date, subject to availability.
• Retreats: cancellations made 28 or more days before the start date receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 28 days are non-refundable, but I will always try to fill your place from a waitlist.
• If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or a place on an alternative date.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 working days to appear.

4. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed against any workshop, event or retreat. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or undelivered vouchers should be reported to me as soon as possible.

5. On the day

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may mean you miss part of the session and I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to extend your time. All materials are provided unless stated otherwise. Please let me know about any allergies, access needs or dietary requirements ahead of time so I can accommodate you.

6. Photography

I sometimes take photos or videos during workshops, events and retreats for use on my website and social media. Let me know before the session if you’d prefer not to be included and I’ll happily respect that.

7. Liability

You take part in workshops, events and retreats at your own risk. I carry appropriate insurance and take reasonable care to ensure your safety, but I am not liable for loss, damage or injury except where caused by my negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

8. Changes to these terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
